Meet the Cats of Istanbul

Cat: Kedi, pisi, or kedi soyundan hayvan
Wherever you go in Istanbul, you’ll find cats playing, snoozing, and thriving. Here are some of our favorite places to meet the city’s cutest citizens:
The Maçka Art Park, known as the Cat Park: Nişantaşı, Harbiye, 34367 Şişli/İstanbul. From Swissôtel The Bosphorus, walk northwest about 20 minutes on Bayıldım Cd. Grab a coffee so you can sit, sip, and meet Istanbul’s cutest residents. For younger travelers, you’ll pass a playground as you make your way to the cat park area. Google Maps / Website
Cat Museum Istanbul: Free entry, donations recommended. Make it your first stop of the morning and grab a cup of coffee from their cafe, where half the proceeds go to a local cat charity. Plan for about 15-30 minutes. Google Maps / Website
Cat castles: Scattered throughout the city. DM us your hotel and we’ll find one nearby for you!
